Chelsea can win Premier League if it stays in top two spots: Scolari

London, Nov.30 : Chelsea will win the title as long as they stay in the top two until the New Year, believes its coach Phil Scolari.

"My players will be much better in the second half of the season. On November 15, I told my players we need to make sure we are still in a good situation at the end of December.If we are still in first or second by then, I know I have the players to challenge in all competitions," the Sun quoted Scolari, as saying.
