Bengal, Services move to semifinals of football event

Ranchi, Feb 21 (PTI) West Bengal and Services played adull goalless draw in their last pool A match to securesemifinal berths in the football event of the 34th NationalGames here today.

Both the team needed just a draw to make the last-fourgrade.

Right from the outset, the ball was confined to themid-field with no team making any serious move to score.

The two teams finished their group engagements with onewin and two draws each.

West Bengal will take on Goa while Services will clashwith Punjab in the semifinals on Wednesday.
