WC 2015: India do an Australia as defending champions

Auckland, March 14: India became the third team to win all their group matches in a cricket World Cup as the defending champions. Only Australia have achieved the feat in the past.

• 2003: Defending champions Australia won 6 out of their 6 matches in the group

• 2011: Defending champions Australia won 4 out of their 6 matches in the group, lost 1 while 1 match was abandoned
  
• 2015: Defending champions India won 6 out of their 6 matches in the group
