VSP contributes Rs 35 lakh to BCCI Chairman

Visakhapatnam, Feb 17 (UNI) Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP) Chairman and Managing Director Y Sivasagar Rao today handed over a cheque of Rs 35 lakh to the Visakhapatnam District Cricket Association (VDCA) Secretary K Parthasarathy during the fourth ODI cricket match between India and Sri Lanka here today.

VSP spokesman said the gesture was part of its corporate responsibility to encourage the sports. A souvenior brought out by the organising committee of the Hero Honda Cup was also released by BCCI Selection Committee Chairman Dilip Vengsarkar before the match.
