Star Cricket to telecast India's warm up matches in England live
Mumbai, July 5 (UNI) Star Cricket, the latest offering from ESPN Star Sports, will telecast live India's warm-up matches against English county Sussex and England 'A'.
India will clash with Sussex in a four-day game beginning from July 7 to 10 and then the three-day game against England 'A' from July 13 to 15, a release here today said.
Star Cricket will also bring live and exclusive the three Test matches between India and England.
Elaborating on this latest development, R C Venkateish, Managing Director, ESPN Software India Pvt Ltd stated in a release issued here today ''As we had promised before, we will be showcasing live all prime cricket content featuring Team India during its tour of England,'' adding, ''right from the warm up matches to the Tests and the One Day Internationals, our bouquet of channels will cover the entire tour ball by ball with analysis by some of the best experts in the game.'' Apart from the cricket tour of England, ESPN Star Sports will also cover India's tour of Australia involving four Test matches, as well as the ensuing tri-series involving India, Sri Lanka and Australia from December 2007-January 2008.
The Twenty20 World Cup in South Africa in September 2007 will also be telecast live by ESPN Star Sports, the release added.
