Sachin seeks Sri Satya Sai Baba's blessings

Chennai, Jan 26 (UNI) Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar today had a darshan of Sri Satya Sai Baba in the city and sought his blessings.

The Indian batting maestro, who is here for the third ODI against West Indies tomorrow, visited ''Sundaram'' where the spiritual leader was staying and had darshan.

He was with Sri Sai Baba for nearly 20 minutes, police and official sources said.

Sachin is an ardent devotee of the Baba.

Sachin's darshan of Sai Baba comes at a time when the Indian cricket team management and his numerous fans were expecting a big score from him.

Baba is in the city in connection with the Athi Rudra Maha Yagnam being organised by Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organizations for world peace and harmony. The Yagnam would continue till January 30.
