Reports of Yousuf calling Younis Khan false

Islamabad, Dec.23 (ANI): Sources close to former Pakistan cricket captain Younis Khan have rejected reports that incumbent skipper Mohammad Yousuf had called Khan to discuss his return to the national team for the Australia series.

According to reports, there has been no such conversation between Yousuf and Khan in the recent past.

"The reports in the press were false and baseless. The story is totally incorrect and I don't understand why the story was printed because no discussions have taken place between the two of them," Pakpassion.net quoted sources, as saying.

Earlier, Pakistani media flashed reports about Yousuf calling Khan to discuss his future plans and his availability for the forthcoming three match Test series in Australia. (ANI)
