The Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025 is set for an exciting finish as the top four teams gear up for the playoffs.

After an intense group stage that included a brief suspension due to regional tensions, the tournament has resumed its full flow. The playoffs are scheduled to begin on May 21, with all matches taking place at the historic Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.

PSL 2025 Playoffs - Qualified Teams

Four teams have secured their places in the playoff stage following the conclusion of the league phase:

• Quetta Gladiators – Finished top of the table with 13 points and the highest net run rate.
• Karachi Kings – Ended the group stage in second place with 12 points.
• Lahore Qalandars – Managed 10 points and took third place based on net run rate.
• Islamabad United – Also on 10 points, edged past Peshawar Zalmi to claim the fourth spot.

Multan Sultans, despite strong individual performances, were the first team to be eliminated and finished at the bottom of the standings.

PSL 2025 Playoffs Schedule: Date, Time, Venue

All matches will be played under lights at Gaddafi Stadium, with each game starting at 8:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT). The structure follows a standard knockout format:

• Qualifier 1: Quetta Gladiators vs Karachi Kings
  Date: May 21, 2025 | Venue: Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore
• Eliminator 1: Lahore Qalandars vs Islamabad United
  Date: May 22, 2025 | Venue: Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore
• Eliminator 2: Loser of Qualifier 1 vs Winner of Eliminator 1
  Date: May 23, 2025 | Venue: Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore
• Final: Winner of Qualifier 1 vs Winner of Eliminator 2
  Date: May 25, 2025 | Venue: Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore

The winners of the first qualifier will move directly to the final, while the loser gets another chance in Eliminator 2.

Gaddafi Stadium will host all the playoff matches. Recently renovated in preparation for the ICC Champions Trophy, the venue boasts upgraded facilities, improved seating capacity.
