Pietersen plans to use Stanford money for charity

London, Oct 10 (UNI) England captain Kevin Pietersen today said he and his teammates are planning to use a part of the money they stand to win in the Twenty20 match against the Stanford Superstars for charity.

''If we win then we have to realise there are a lot of people a lot worse off than us and it doesn't do any harm to put a smile on people's faces,'' Pietersen was reported as saying.

England's players for the Stanford match will earn a million dollars if they beat the Stanford Superstars consisiting of an all-star West Indies team in a Twenty20 match to be held at Antigua on November 1.
