At the end of Day 3's play, India have scored 319/4. Murali Vijay scored 126 runs off 301 balls and Cheteshwar Pujara posted 124 of 206 balls.
The day started on a bad note for the hosts as opener Gautam Gambhir was dismissed early in the day. From there on Pujara and Vijay took charge and created a 209 runs partnership.
