No doping test results until Africa Games end

ALGIERS, July 20 (Reuters) Results of doping tests at the All Africa Games will only be known after the competition has ended.

''You won't know the results of the doping tests until after the Games,'' a doping official who did not want to be named told Reuters.

He said the tests would be conducted on 590 athletes and samples sent to Paris and Tunisia, which has one of the two accredited laboratories in Africa.
