Niraj Patel to lead Gujarat Ranji Trophy one-day ties

Ahmedabad, Feb 7 (UNI) Niraj Patel will lead the Gujarat Ranji Trophy one-day matches to be played at Mumbai from February 10 to 18.

Announcing the 15-member team here today, Gujarat Cricket Association secretary Vikram Patel said Gujarat will play two day-matches and two day-night matches at Mumbai against Maharashtra, Mumbai, Baroda and Saurashtra on February 10, 12, 14 and 18 respectively.

Following is the team: Niraj Patel (Captain), Parthiv Patel (WK), Akash Christain, Azhar Bilakhia, Bhavik Thakkar, Kirat Damani, Anant Brahmbhatt, Jay Desai, Viswajit Solanki, Mohnish Parmar, Siddharth Trivedi, Asraf Makda, Hitesh Majmudar, Kalpesh Tandel and Pallav Vora.

Anshuman Gaekwad will be chief coach, Vijay Patel will be the coach, Sanat Jani will be manager, Uashpal Patel will be the trainer and Deepak Shah will accompany the team as physiotherapist.
