Neo Sports Ranji final coverage propels them ahead in ratings
Mumbai, Feb 21 (UNI) Neo Sports, India's first cricket-only TV channel, has met with unprecedented success in its efforts to rebrand and repackage domestic cricket with viewership ratings touching new heights during the Ranji Trophy final between Mumbai and Bengal.
The final saw peak ratings in the range of 2 TVRs across key markets like Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata, a release issued by Neo Sports said here today.
Additionally, the final also propelled the Neo Sports ratings ahead of general entertainment, movies, news&music channels across key metros, the release said, adding that even markets not affiliated to the teams playing in the final garnered high peak ratings.
''Neo Sports has been highly successful in marketing and presenting Indian domestic cricket. From the Challenger series to the Ranji Trophy, we have consistently managed to garner significant viewership.
