'Cool' MS Dhoni takes a power nap as agitated Sri Lankan fans disrupt match

Kandy, Aug 28: Former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni once again displayed his calm and composure as Men In Blue secured another win chasing a tricky low-scoring total against Sri Lanka in the third ODI.
India were in a spot of bother when the 36-year-old right-handed batsman walked into the middle. Chasing a target of 218, India lost the key wickets of Shikhar Dhawan, skipper Virat Kohli, KL Rahul and Kedar Jadhav cheaply for just 61.
Opener Rohit Sharma, present at the other end, then batted cautiously with Dhoni and stitched a 150-plus partnership to take India home without any further trouble. Both the players didn't give a single opportunity to the Sri Lankan bowlers throughout their stand.
As Men in Blue cruised easily towards a series-clinching win in the third ODI, agitated Sri Lankan fans resorted to throwing plastic bottles to vent their frustration following their team's another shambolic series defeat.
The crowd's unruly behaviour forced the umpires and the administration to halt the match. It was during this break when MS Dhoni proved why he's called 'captain cool'.
Unaffected with the unruly behaviour of the crowd at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium, Dhoni removed his gloves and helmet and lied on the ground to take a power nap.
The Ranchi cricketer, who was batting after slamming his career's 65th ODI fifty, laid down. Even the commentators present in the box were amazed to see the former skipper's calm and composed attitude.
Dhoni's 65th ODI half-century effort saw him face 86 balls, hitting four boundaries and a six off left-arm spinner Milinda Siriwardana.
Dhoni, as usual, run his singles well, giving Rohit bulk of the strike and bringing in the necessary calm that is always expected of him.
