Mahanama to officiate as match referee in Ind-Eng ODI series

Dubai, Nov 9 (UNI) Roshan Mahanama was today named the Match Referee for India's seven-match ODI series against England, while New Zealand's Jeff Crowe will take over the charge from the Sri Lankan in the two-Test series.

The first three matches of the ODI series will be officiated by Russell Tiffin and an Indian umpire, while Daryl Harper will stand in the last four ODIs along with local appointments, said an ICC statement today.

The two Tests in Ahmedabad and Mumbai will be umpired by Asad Rauf and Harper.
