Krishna congratulates Indian cricket team

Mumbai, Mar 4 (UNI) Maharashtra Governor S M Krishna congratulated the Indian cricket team for winning the Commonwealth Bank Series for the first time by beating Australia in Brisbane today.

In his congratulatory message, Mr Krishna said, ''The Indian cricket team has created history by defeating Australia in the second successive final at Brisbane today and winning the CB-Series for the first time. The Indian team has put up an impressive all round performance in the entire tournament.
