Karnavati club to offer free membership to Indian cricketers

Ahmedabad, Mar 17 (UNI) Karnavati Club of Ahmedabad today announced honorary membership to every player of the Indian cricket team if they reached the finals of the ongoing World Cup.

Honorary Secretary of the Club Girishbhai Dani, told mediapersons that the club membership worth Rs 7.5 lakh will be gifted to the Indian players on reaching the finals.

The club also displayed a 20 feet long cricket bat with messages cheering the Indian team, written by the members and their families.

The bat will be taken to West Indies, where the game is being played, on April 21 to boost the morale of the team.

He said all the cricket matches will be shown to its members on a big screen installed inside the club premises.
