India Vs Australia: Steve Smith criticised on Twitter for trying to 'cheat'
Bengaluru, March 7: Team India skipper Virat Kohli had some heated round of exchanges with his Australian counterpart Steve Smith on fourth day of the second Test match here on Tuesday (March 7). (Kohli fumes as Smith tries to cheat with DRS)
Australia were set a tricky target of 188 by India. Smith, was batting on 28 when Umesh, in the middle of a fine spell, trapped the right-hander in front of the stumps with a ball that kept low.

Umpire Llong quickly upheld India's appeal against the Australian. Smith was keen to use the DRS. He first consulted the non-striker Peter Handscomb. He, however, gestured that he ask the dressing room.
Smith's action irked an animated and pumped up Kohli who walked immediately towards him. Umpire Nigell Long immediately went towards Smith and Kohli to avoid an altercation and sent the Australian towards pavilion.
It is to be noted that a batsman can't take dressing room's opinion to take DRS, which several termed as 'cheating' and uncharacteristic of the Australian skipper.
