India crash to a humiliating five wicket defeat against Bangladesh

Port Of Spain, Mar 17 (UNI) India started their campaign on a disastrous note as they suffered a humiliating five-wicket defeat against unfancied Bangladesh in their opening Group B league match of the cricket World Cup at Queen's Park Oval here today.

Electing to bat first, India were all out for 191 in 49.3 overs and in reply Bangladesh easily surpassed the target, scoring 192 for five in 48.3 overs.
