IND vs SA: Rahul Dravid turns medium pacer ahead of Boxing Day Test in Centurion - Watch Video
IND vs SA: India head coach Rahul Dravid turned into a medium pacer minutes before the first ball of the Boxing Day Test against South Africa at the SuperSport Park in Centurion.
The start of the match was delayed due to wet patches on the ground. The toss took place after a delay of 45 minutes and the action kicked off 30 minutes later (2 PM IST) after the scheduled start.

The delay gave Team India players some extra time to warm-up and do their pre-match drills. In a video which has gone viral, Rahul Dravid can be seen taking a short run-up and bowling with a nice high-arm action.
Virat Kohli can be seen watching coach Dravid's medium pace bowling closely and with a lot of interest. Jasprit Bumrah and Rohit Sharma can also be seen standing and watching the legendary batter bowl.
Later, South Africa captain Temba Bavuma won the toss and opted to bowl first. India lost three early wickets in Rohit Sharma, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubman Gill before Virat Kohli (38) and Shreyas Iyer (31) took the team past 90 without any further loss.
But Kagiso Rabada struck four times after lunch to complete his five-wicket haul and reduce India to 164/7. KL Rahul, who scored unbeaten 70 runs, stitched two important partnerships with Jasprit Bumrah (1 off 19) and Mohammed Siraj (0* off 10) as India finished Day 1 on 208/8 in 59 overs.
Rahul Dravid lost his first Test series as head coach 1-2 in South Africa back in 2021-22. The 50-year-old would be aiming to guide India to their first-ever Test series win in South Africa this time around.
