IND vs SA: India player leaves squad, captaining India A against South Africa A
India are playing South Africa in the first Test in Centurion. Along with the senior teams, the A teams of the two nations are also in action.
India are currently in a spot of bother against South Africa. Despite the presence of Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli - the Indian team skittled for just 245 runs in the first innings. They reached the score largely due to KL Rahul's brilliant century.

In reply, South Africa are currently 403 for 8 and are heading towards a huge lead in the first innings. Dean Elgar, the man who is retiring after this series, scored a brilliant 185 while David Bedingham and Marco Jansen have also racked up half-centuries.
But one of the Indian team members is not with the team as he is captaining the India A side, who are playing South Africa A in a five-day match in Benoni.
Abhimanyu Easwaran leading India A
Abhimanyu Easwaran, who is in the India squad, is leading the India A team in that match. Easwaran was originally included in the senior squad as a replacement for Ruturaj Gaikwad, but hasn't made it to the starting XI in the first match.
And Easwaran has been released by the team management to join the India A squad. South Africa A has scored 263 runs in their first innings. India A pacer Avesh Khan has picked up five wickets in the first innings.
