Governor Krishna congratulates team India

Mumbai, Jan 19 (UNI) Maharashtra Governor S M Krishna today congratulated captain Anil Kumble and team India for their stunning victory in the third Test match against Australia at Perth.

In a congratulatory message, Mr Krishna said, ''The entire cricket loving fraternity in India and the world at large is overjoyed by India's memorable win over strong contender Australia at Perth. The Indian team led by Anil Kumble put up an all round performance in taming the Australian cricket team in the exciting third test match of the tour.'' The Governor congratulated every single member of the Indian cricket team for their brilliant effort.

''I do hope that the Indian team will maintain its winning streak in future also,'' he added.
