Flintoff eyeing 1-mn pound profit from sale of mansion he never slept a night in

London, Feb 27 (ANI): England all rounder Andrew Flintoff is selling the luxury home he has never spent a night in for a whopping five million pounds.

The six-bedroom mansion has taken two-and-a-half-years to build and Flintoff is hoping to make a one million pound profit on it.

The house in Prestbury, Cheshire, which has two swimming pools, is up for sale after the cricketer decided to move to Dubai with his family.

The mansion is bound to attract attention from Premier League footballers based in the region.

Flintoff, 32, originally bought the house in October 2007 from Mark Hughes, 46, for 1.85 million pounds, the Daily Star reports.

A source said: "When Freddie first bought the place he planned to redevelop it and then retire there. But he and his wife Rachael have decided Dubai is the place for them.

"They are very settled there so there was no need to have this stunning mansion which they would hardly ever use. It really is a dream home." (ANI)
