World Cup 2023: Fastest ODI hundreds for Sri Lanka - Sanath Jayasuriya dominates list
Former South Africa captain AB de Villiers holds the record for fastest ODI hundred. He took just 31 deliveries to complete his hundred against West Indies in Johannesburg on January 18, 2015. He smashed 14 fours and nine sixes en route the three-figure mark.
Corey Anderson, the former New Zealand all-rounder is second on the list. On January 1, 2014, Anderson smashed a 36-ball hundred against West Indies. When Anderson completed his hundred, he had already hit 14 fours and six sixes.

Sri Lanka batter have also made their presence felt in the list. Sanath Jayasuriya, one of the most destructive batters the sport of cricket has seen, has scored most numbers of fastest ODI hundreds for Sri Lanka. The likes of Kumar Sangakkara and Tillakaratne Dilshan also feature in the list.
