Dravid 6th batsman in the world to complete 10,000 ODI runs
Margao, Feb 14 (UNI) Indian captain Rahul Dravid today joined an elite list of players becoming only the sixth batsman in the world and the third from India to complete 10,000 runs in the one-day internationals.
Dravid reached the coveted landmark when he reached his personal score of 21 in his 309th one-day match against Sri Lanka at the Jawaharlal Nehru stadium here today.
The other players who have scored 10,000 or more runs in One Day Internationals are Sachin Tendulkar and Sourav Ganguly from India, Sanath Jayasuriya from Sri Lanka, Inzamam-ul-Haq from Pakistan and Brian Lara of the West Indies.
