Dhoni is new India ODI captain
Mumbai, Sep 18 (UNI) Wicketkeeper-batsman Mahendra Singh Dhoni was today named as new India One-Day International captain by the selection committee here.
Dhoni was appointed captain for the home ODI series against Australia and Pakistan.
The selection committee, which met here under the chairmanship of Dilip Vengsarkar, however, refrained from appointing a captain for the Test matches.
