New Delhi, Jan 30: A court here on Monday issued summons to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and suspended BJP parliamentarian Kirti Azad in a defamation complaint filed by Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) Vice President Chetan Chauhan.
