Boggy outfield delays start of second England-India Test
NOTTINGHAM, England, July 27 (Reuters) The second Test between England and India at Trent Bridge was delayed today because of a boggy outfield.
Despite the sun shining, torrential rain during the week has left the ground saturated in places and the umpires were forced to delay the scheduled 1000 GMT 1530hrs IST) start.
The outfield will be checked again at 1030GMT (1600 hrs IST).
The first Test at Lord's ended in a draw on Monday.
