BCB goof-up prize distribution ceremony, misses Ganguly and Zaheer

Dhaka, May 28 (UNI) The BCB has slipped up bigtime when they missed out to call Sourav Ganguly and Zaheer Khan's name during the prize distribution ceremony at the end of India's final Test against Bangladesh here.

Anchorman L Shivaramakrishnan called out all the names, sans Ganguly and Zaheer.

After prize distribution ceremony last evening, Indian team's local manager Wasim Khan spotted the mistake and remind Shiva about the faux pas.

''We gave them (the show hosts) the list of all players and support staff. He might have missed Sourav and Zaheer's names,'' Khan said.

Shiva then rectified his mistake and called out the duo to collect their medals.
