Bangladesh win first one-dayer against Zimbabwe
HARARE, Feb 4 (Reuters) Saqibul Hasan and Habibul Bashar shared a century stand to set up a 45-run win for Bangladesh in the first one-day international against Zimbabwe today.
The visitors, put in to bat, totalled 260 for nine before dismissing Zimbabwe for 215 in 48 overs.
Fast bowler Mashrafe Mortaza rattled through Zimbabwe's middle order to take four for 31.
Hasan (68) and Bashar (78) put on 105 for the fourth wicket after Bangladesh had slipped to 93 for three in the 19th over.
The next match in the four-game series is in Harare on Tuesday.
