Saina Nehwal in Round 2 of India GP Gold

Lucknow, Jan 22: Top seed Saina Nehwal had an easy win against Swedish shuttler Matilda Petersen to advance to Round 2 of the women's singles at the $120,000 India Grand Prix Gold here Wednesday.

Saina took only 28 minutes to win 21-7, 21-9 and will play Natalia Perminova of Russia in the pre-quarterfinal Thursday at the Babu Banarasi Das Indoor Stadium.
