Saina crashes out of Hong Kong Super Series badminton
Hong Kong, Nov 28 (UNI) India's top woman shuttler Saina Nehwal crashed out of the Yonex Sunrise Hong Kong Open Badminton Super Series after losing to higher ranked Tine Rasmussen of Denmark in the singles first round.
The Indian, ranked 27th in the world, went down fighting 15-21, 21-12, 16-21 to her world number 11 opponent at the Elizabeth Stadium yesterday.
No other Indian made it to the 2,50,000 dollar prestigious event.
